Colour: Brilliant, pale and clear with flashes of green.
Bouquet: The sauvignon blanc provides lifted passionfruit, melon and gooseberry lift on the nose alongside the classic citrus notes of semillon.
Palate: Juicy and zesty, early fruit on the palate is dominated by sauvignon blanc with grapefruit, citrus pith and stone fruits. The semillon provides fresh lemon juice and gives the wine length and a bright citrus spine.
