Los Vascos’s Chardonnay shows a bright yellow robe with golden glints. The nose offers pineapple, banana, and grapefruit aromas combined with some pawpaw notes. Fresh, balanced, and round mouthfeel and pleasant finish. Ideal as an aperitif or the perfect match for fish, oysters, poultry, and some mild cheeses. May be kept for a few months to appreciate its evolution. Best served cold at 10 to 12ºC.
