The moderate maritime climate, sunny skies and gravelly soils are perfect for growing deeply delicious Merlot like this one. This well-structured wine offers rich fruit flavours with hints of spice. My note: Double yum! So very delicious and mouth-watering. Round, supple, full-bodied and just loaded with fleshy black plums. Merlot at its best! Food matches: grilled steaks, gourmet sausages.
