It's a Chardonnay from Nuits-Saint-Georges terroir in Burgundy. The crafting required 11 months in light-tosted oak barrels with a sur lie process. It has a limpid and brilliant green yellow colour. One may find aromas from: lemon, white flowers, and wine lees. The palate is: refreshing, crisp, and delicate with some minerality lingering til the end.
